Jim brings more than two decades of executive leadership and management experience to CharityEngine. He has focused primarily around developing and scaling high-performing sales and business development teams.
Most recently, Jim has concentrated on delivering SaaS technology-related services and solutions into the association, publishing, and non-profit verticals. Prior to joining CharityEngine, Jim held Sales Vice President and Executive Vice President positions during his 15-year tenure with SaaS technology leaders such as Higher Logic and Real Magnet.
During his 12+ years at Real Magnet, Jim reported directly to the co-founder and CEO and played a critical role in delivering sustained top-line revenue growth, ultimately resulting in the company’s acquisition by Higher Logic. While at Higher Logic, Jim was asked to lead the relatively unique task of combining two recently acquired directly competitive marketing automation sales teams. Having accomplished this, Jim was tasked with leading the company’s enterprise association sales team.
In his role as Chief Revenue Officer at CharityEngine, Jim oversees all revenue responsibility for the company. This includes new business growth across the sales and business development teams, as well as focusing on customer success and revenue retention across CharityEngine’s extensive client base.
